JLL is an international real estate consultancy. Its presence in Switzerland is closely linked to the Prime Tower. In February 2011, the Swiss subsidiary started its activities as Jones Lang LaSalle AG with a crew of 11, and as soon as November 2011 it moved from the city centre to the then newly opened Prime Tower. The appealing location and the high-quality office space have been an important basis for JLL’s continuous growth. The company now has around 60 employees in Switzerland, over 40 of whom work in the Prime Tower. In the course of this development, JLL expanded its office space on the 13th floor at the beginning of 2022. However, JLL is not only a tenant in Prime Tower, but also acts as the exclusive marketer of office space on behalf of the owner and has been able to re-let several floors in Prime Tower to well-known companies.
