My name is Philipp Arnold, I am originally from Lucerne and since 1st January 2020 I have headed up the Mixed-Use Site Management Zurich division. Our office is very close by, at Maschinenstrasse 11. My predecessor, Thomas Hinderling, remains at Wincasa, now as the head of Mixed-Use Site Management Switzerland. I have spent the last five years at Wincasa, in charge of various shopping centres.
